Summit was engaged by a medium-sized Nevada nonprofit (approximate annual revenues of $1 million) to help review and update its core values and to follow up with a full assessment of operations.

Interviews and discussions with the Executive Director, staff and Board members were critical to the process. As part of our evaluation, Summit reviewed and analyzed critical financial information, including profit-loss statements; past audits; Form 990’s; past and current budgets; and grant and fundraising data.

The assessment also included a thorough review of strategic plans, programs and success metrics. With a completed analysis, Summit prepared a detailed report on organizational health with specific recommendations for future improvements in key areas. Summit’s report was used by the organization and incorporated into its future plans and strategies.
